Tiny Hero - Jr. Motion Graphic Designer (temp to hire)

Tiny Hero is a theatrical and broadcast entertainment marketing agency in Burbank, CA.

We're looking for motivated creative Junior Artists to join our design team!

Must be available to work full-time at our Studio in Burbank, CA.
Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.

The ideal candidate has:
• Solid fundamental understanding of 2D and 3D design language.
• Ability to create cut-from-scratch looks and animations as well as repurpose and maintain established campaign look and direction.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with Element 3D / C4D and Red Giant plugins is a big plus!
• Excellent design, typography and layout skills.
• Experience with compositing, color correction, keying, roto and tracking.
• Highly organized, clear communication and is able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Assist the graphics team in design and animation of 2D and 3D motion graphics for high end branded content from conceptualization to delivery.
• Composite integrated graphics with footage including retouching, coloring, rotoscope and tracking
• Version out pre-existing motion graphic looks for final delivery in various specs and formats
• Rendering and delivering assets, maintain existing workflow and file structure/ organization.
• Adapt assets to changing direction and maintain project continuity.
