Timeline Management is hiring a Manager who will sign and manage talent under the guidance of the CEO. Ideal candidate has pre existing roster of talent or deep talent relationships that become clients on day one. Must have experience generating revenue and/or working on large deals involving talent. The successful candidate will align with Timeline's values in signing talent of only the highest caliber. There is unlimited upside with this role, a candidate who is determined and committed will be extremely successful at the company. Salary is commensurate with experience with a significant bonus/commission split opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
• Identify and sign new talent
• Oversee entire client service relationship for the clients you work with, under the guidance of CEO
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Driven and focused, able to create opportunities for talent and think outside of the box
• 5+ years of talent management, music, agency, PR, or digital experience
• Must be resourceful, proactive and efficient
• Extremely strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing needs
