The Team
The Job
The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing part-time and temporary staffing to ensure that the needs are met for daily operations. The role manages scheduling and is the primary contact for contingent staff, maintains relationships with external staffing agencies, conducts employee reviews, and addresses performance and behavioral issues as needed.
What You Will Be Doing
• Create, maintain, and adjust staffing schedules to meet operational demands
• Serve as the main point of contact for part-time and temporary staff regarding schedules, assignments, and general inquiries
• Coordinate with staffing agencies to request, confirm, and manage temporary staff coverage
• Communicate staffing needs, changes, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders
• Monitor attendance, availability, and coverage gaps, and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
• Communicate expectations, policies, and workplace standards clearly to staff
• Maintain accurate staffing, performance, and disciplinary records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate staffing needs and plan accordingly
• Address behavioral issues and performance concerns through coaching, corrective action, and documentation in accordance with company policy
• Conduct regular employee reviews for part-time staff, providing feedback on performance, attendance, and conduct
• Execute other projects and daily duties as assigned
What You Need To Know (or Technical Skills)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 or more years' experience on a fulfillment team
• Forklift certification a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written and listening
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Business level fluency in English, both oral and written; Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted

• Basic knowledge of the viral nature of the live event industry and experience with the live event lifecycle
• Leadership skills and experience in team management
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work in team environment
• Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management
• Extremely well organized and works efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to handle pressure and challenging situations
• Able to work in conditions that are not climate controlled
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for extended periods of time
• Experience coaching employees, including having difficult conversations
