Internship Start Date/Season: Summer Internship starting May-June 2023
Internship Duration: 2-4 months
Time/Days Required: 10-15 hours per week during our business hours which are M-F 10-6:30pm pst

The role:
TSZ is looking for an intern for the team that handles commercial endorsements and brand partnerships. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in and knowledge of pop culture trends to assist in creating talent-led branded content, advertisements, and brand partnerships. This is an unpaid internship and school credit is required.
Responsibilities
• Assist with creating talent brand strategy and research new campaigns, categories, and pitches for clients
• Learn about and get involved with campaign activations, including organizing talent creative briefs, managing campaign timelines and deliverables, executing basic campaign reporting, etc.
• Brainstorm and work closely with the marketing team on upcoming projects
• Assist with special projects and research
• Learn how to update client materials, press kits, one-sheets and decks and maintain project tracking grids
Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a college or university and receiving academic credit for this internship
• Relevant work experience or coursework in branding, marketing, communications, influencer and talent relations
• Interest in the music and entertainment industry is a must
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
