Summary
Three Six Zero is seeking an Executive Assistant/Coordinator in its Los Angeles, CA location.
As an Executive Assistant you will assist the office of our Head of Marketing across all admin and day-to-day activity.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Managers in the Marketing Department and work across a multitude of projects and clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at a Music Management company or Record Label, with a background supporting high-level company staff. Applicants must be able to multitask and work efficiently with great attention to detail. It is crucial to be able to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment. In this role, you will support the Head of Marketing and the Marketing Department in executing global music releases to ensure campaigns are run at the highest level of efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities
Manage Head of Marketing's calendar, travel, admin, expenses, reporting
Support and work closely with the Marketing team in developing and managing campaign rollout plans, organizing campaign & artist assets (photos, artwork, logos, music, bios, etc).
Conduct market research and suggest new marketing strategies/campaigns based on current trends across various social platforms and partners (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
Create and update artist one-sheets, timelines, and other project-related documents.
Attend internal and external meetings and distribute recap notes to the team.
Requirements
1-2+ years in marketing or a similar role in the music industry
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Team player and self-motivated strategic thinker
Excellent communication and writing skills; strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task and problem solve, work well under high pressure and with strict deadlines
Experience managing complex, collaborative projects
Experience in digital marketing and social strategy
Strong knowledge of the music industry and cultural trends
Ability to use photoshop, keynote and final cut (or premiere pro) is a bonus but not required
