Fall 2026 / Immediate Opening - Talent Management, Development & Producing Intern
Unlike larger companies where interns are often assigned repetitive administrative work, our interns work directly with the Founder & Executive Talent Manager, gaining meaningful mentorship, real responsibility, and hands-on experience across multiple areas of the entertainment industry. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and build a foundation for a career in entertainment.
Responsibilities will vary based on company needs and may include:
-Assisting with television, film, commercial, print, and voiceover submissions.
-Researching casting directors, production companies, agencies, managers, and industry trends
-Reviewing actor submissions and assisting with talent scouting
-Organizing client materials, including headshots, résumés, demo reels, and marketing assets
Tracking auditions, submissions, callbacks, and bookings
-Drafting client announcements and social media content
-Assisting with Google Drive organization, scheduling, and administrative support
-Reading scripts and providing development notes
-Assisting with television and film development, including pitch decks and project research
-Supporting pre-production planning for independent film and television projects
-Participating in Zoom meetings, networking events, showcases, and production meetings when available

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
A strong communicator
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Passionate about television, film, and the entertainment industry
Eager to learn and take initiative
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Draft, WriterDuet, CapCut, Actors Access, or Casting Networks is a plus, but not required.
Current college students, recent graduates, and individuals pursuing careers in talent management, producing, development, or casting are encouraged to apply.
Internship Details
Start Date: Immediate / Fall 2026
Commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment (flexible)
Schedule: Approximately 8-10 hours per week during business hours (9:00 AM-3:00 PM PST). Flexible around school schedules.
Location: Primarily remote. Hybrid opportunities may be available for candidates located in the Los Angeles area.
This is an unpaid internship and may qualify for academic credit depending on your school's requirements.
