This Is It! Productions is currently looking for a qualified candidate to become their newest Creative Manager. If you like an exciting, fast-paced environment driven by festivals and events, then you may the person we're looking for.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design collateral pieces for festivals and corporate events (posters, postcards, print ads, stage banners, street banners, event signage, etc.)
• Design graphics for print and digital media, including social media and email
• Manage all aspects of social media production across multiple channels, including FB, Twitter, and IG
• Drive growth in event and festival audiences as measured by fans/following and key engagement metrics
• Produce highly engaging social-media content, including videos, memes, GIFs, live posts, event pages etc.
• Work closely with the team members to confirm priorities, approvals and day-to-day concerns
• Build community by moderating comments and descriptions of the social media channels
• Provide analytics and reporting around social media and community engagement
• Serve as community liaison, identifying influencers and potential partners and developing relationships
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of two years' experience managing social media channels
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively to get the job done
• Deep social media experience and a passion for what captures people's attention and creates a buzz
• Minimum of four years' experience in all aspects of print and digital design, with the ability to deliver top quality work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Master technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat
• Expert knowledge of print and web design, with examples of current/trending design styles and best practices

• You are a problem solver, intelligent, and passionate
• If you don't know something, you aren't afraid to ask for assistance
• You give credit to others where credit is due and take responsibility for misses when they rest with you
