This is a Full Time Job
Part time ($3200/mo), in-person in Los Angeles and remote.
You will be a part-time assistant to the CEO / Producer / Director, with room to grow into other positions in the company. Some tasks include:
General assistant tasks:
• Scheduling meetings and replying to emails
• Tracking contacts in a CRM
• Basic research, with an emphasis on researching people, festivals, and organizations
Post-Production:
• Scheduling meetings, being on meetings, and ensuring action items are followed through
• Tracking the schedule for different departments and deliverables and ensuring it is followed
• Creating assets and overseeing the creation of assets (i.e. ''Turn this doc into a deck'' -> find someone on Fiverr to design it, oversee the process, ensure quality, and implement notes
• Doing a first pass of notes on deliverables
Distribution / Marketing
• Book and schedule venues for screenings & events, work with vendors to plan events
• Research distribution options and coordinate outreach
• Assist with the production of marketing videos & new websites for our company
• Assist with the production of new websites for our company
Requirements:
• Personal drive: a proven ability to work independently without oversight
• Ability to take a task, ask relevant questions, and work on your own to bring the task to completion
• Ability to prioritize and ask for help when needed
• Comfort with technology and learning new software
• An obsession with detail and seeing tasks to completion
• Diplomatic communication skills
• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant
