The Wrap is looking for a talented Event Coordinator to help execute The Wrap's screening series and various festival, industry, and Wrap events. The right candidate loves working hard with an all-star team, has an understanding of the entertainment industry landscape, and a passion for film and television with their finger on the pulse of the cultural zeitgeist.

Responsibilities:
•Support events team with various initiatives across screenings, film festivals and flagship events (TheGrill/Power Women Summit)
•Coordinate in-person and virtual events logistics including venue/travel research, F&B, A/V and creative assets/signage needs
•Maintain project/event trackers ensuring clear communication and operational efficiencies
•Manage digital organization/folder structure and general events email inbox, trafficking as needed
•Collaborate regularly with internal and external stakeholders across events/marketing division
Key Characteristics and Attributes:
•Self-starter, forward thinking and highly organized with demonstrated proficiency in event programming, marketing, planning and execution
•Team player possessing a can-do attitude; a proactive, solution-oriented problem solver
•Skilled working with celebrities and high-level entertainment talent/clients
•An exceptional writer and communicator with solid computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, Splash, Campaign Monitor - experience on these platforms a plus)
•Able to work within a matrixed team, jump in and support general event and team needs/logistics (on-site and/or digital) as needed
•Thrive in high pressure situations and competently juggle competing priorities
