Winter Paid Intern - Social Media

You'll work closely with our Social Media, Creative, and Strategy teams to help plan, create, schedule, and manage content across platforms, while also supporting video shoots, photoshoots, and day-to-day production logistics.
Internship Length: 3 months
Time commitment: 20-25 hours a week
Location: Raleigh, NC (relocation required)
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Creative Support
-Assist with creating social graphics and video edits using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
-Support brainstorming and ideation for social-first content, formats, and experiments.
-Maintain awareness of the IPs we cover, with the ability to develop ideas that feel authentic to those fandoms.
-Help identify emerging trends, creators, and cultural moments that align with our brand voice and audience.
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
-Support scheduling and publishing content across platforms, including Meta tools and native in-app schedulers.
-Assist in monitoring social media channels and engaging with the audience through comments, replies, and community touchpoints.
-Collaborate with the Social Media and Strategy teams on content planning, calendars, and performance learnings.
Production Support
-Assist on video shoots and photoshoots, providing hands-on production support as needed.
-Help with basic production logistics, including prop runs and last-minute needs (reliable transportation required).
-Support smooth on-set workflows by anticipating needs and assisting the production & social team.
Administrative & Organizational Support
-Use Google Workspace, primarily Google Sheets, to help track content, schedules, and production needs.
-Support documentation and organization for social calendars and creative planning.
Requirements
-Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Premiere (professional or advanced amateur level)
-Production background or on-set experience preferred.
-Comfortable working across both creative and logistical responsibilities.
-Strong interest in internet culture, creators, and the IPs we cover.
-Familiarity with social platforms and best practices, including scheduling tools.
-Knowledge of Google Business Suite.
-Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
-Reliable transportation required.
-Must be enrolled at the collegiate level in a full-time or part-time capacity.
Nice to Have
-Experience working in digital media, creator economy, or entertainment brands.
-Understanding of fandom culture and platform-specific storytelling.
-Prior experience supporting social strategy or community management.
