Content Manager

This is a Full Time Job

What You'll Do
--Work with Creative Directors, Channel Managers, and Thumbnail Artists to finalize episode thumbnails on a regular basis.
--Ideate and generate titles for episodes of Videos based on Theorist best practices and channel formats.
--Attend content packaging ideation and brainstorming meetings.
--Coordinate and track delivery of final video versions from editors and Creative Directors.
--Upload the final versions of title, thumbnail, descriptions, meta data, and subtitles to videos.
--Work with large brands and third party companies to help fully realize sponsored content.
--Review all content for quality and accuracy prior to every upload.
--Schedule and manually upload episodes of all channels.
--Schedule and upload content for Shorts as needed in collaboration with the Social Media Producer.
--Provide reciprocal coverage for other team members across properties in the instance of an absence or vacation.

What You'll Bring
--Extensive knowledge of the YouTube platform, trends, and creators through time.
--Experience in project and timeline management, preferably for a YouTube or Social Media company.
