Talent Producer

This is a Full Time Job

We are looking for a Talent Producer who will primarily support the Talent Relations Manager and Executive Team at The Zeus Network.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Help coordinate and facilitate talent participation in key marketing initiatives such as still photo shoots, on-air promo shoots, personal appearances & special events
Create travel itineraries, book flights, ground transportation, hotel reservations for talent
Send talent call times each day (start glam & camera ready time) and what outfits they need to dress in the day before
Wrangle talent when they are needed on set and support talents needs.
Order meals daily for talent and liaison with the production management team to ensure talents needs (snacks, drinks, meals) and any necessary props for challenges are purchased
Manage/reconcile petty cash
Do not allow talent to have their phones while on set and sensor the talents social media accounts making sure they do not post anything on social media nor film anything happening on set.
Manage social media asset distribution to all network talent
Attend events when necessary to assist in managing talent
Update & maintain all Zeus talent contact lists and Talent Appearance Calendar
Develop and maintain positive relationships with talent, agents, managers and internal Zeus departments to ensure smooth & efficient execution of talent requests
Make sure anyone that is on camera has filled out an appearance release form and likeness form
Participate in meetings with Zeus executive team

SALARY
Negotiable Based On Experience

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Talent Agency & previous Talent Producing experience preferred
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
Must be willing to work in Las Vegas, NV
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Someone who already knows the content that The Zeus Network produces
