We are looking for a full time in house Graphic Designer who is passionate, driven & proactive. Creative, ideation, self starter, resourceful, forward thinking and committed. Must exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to see projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision. Should exhibit strong business acumen and impeccable presentation skills. Proficient knowledge of various social platforms preferred. Is able to take and give creative direction and relishes collaboration and growth. A great communicator and is punctual. Maintains an efficient workflow and process and promptly communicates any issues regarding design to management. Manages assets and archives projects accordingly and understands delivery. Has the ability to respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment. Presents a positive and professional attitude to co-workers.??Maintains familiarity with current culture, design and marketing trends, social platforms and the relevance of fans and audiences. Exhibits an innate sense of curiosity.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
2-3 years in graphic design (broadcast, digital, print)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop skills and any other editing software programs.
You must be able to work as a team member, but also be a resourceful self-starter
Experience in a self-starter/ leadership role w/ management experience
Ability to manage projects from concept through execution unsupervised
Prolific storyteller
Strong proficiency in branding initiatives
Passionate about original, acquired and library content, social, events and global branding initiatives
Experience in storyboarding narratives, concept creation and production execution
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
Full understanding of the content The Zeus Network produces
Ability to work flexible hours
Deep knowledge of social platforms
Creativity, leadership, ability to think strategically, innovation, teamwork, ability to multi-task, communication skills, time management and prioritization skills a must
