The XP Agency currently supports Fortune 500 companies with a variety of experiential marketing efforts nationwide including large-scale events, sampling programs, mobile tours, and movie premieres. This position is a part of the experiential activation team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of our client's experiential marketing programming, including developing, evaluating, managing, and executing programming.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Manage, monitor, and maintain the project scope, task timeline, success metrics, client communications, operating budget, and required staff/resources, delivering projects in time and within budget
Oversee all aspects of the creative development process from briefing and development to internal approval and client presentations/revisions
Lead activation and project teams across multiple programs, establishing and embedding a performance-based culture in the department with clear accountabilities and metrics that allow continuous improvement and development
Identify organic new business opportunities among new and existing clients, and lead appropriate agency approach/response
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, agency, and in-house, to develop and execute strategic and tactical programming that reflects consumer insights, trends, and knowledge of ''what works''
Bring innovative thinking, strategic planning, and execution expertise to planning meetings, collaborating with the client's marketing team to establish actionable programs
Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of industry experience.
Experience in event and experiential marketing is a must.
Ability to successfully build client relationships and manage multiple client contacts and projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead client calls and speak with clients comfortably.
Experience managing multiple projects at once.
High initiative and work ethic.
Ability to prioritize and organize complex details of multiple programs.
Effective problem-solving skills, stressing client service.
Strong organization and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills to varied audiences.
Ability to develop and express creative ideas.
Willingness to work on days and times outside the normal workweek when needed.
Ability to travel frequently as needed.
