Leading entertainment and media news website, TheWrap, is looking for an experienced executive assistant and marketing coordinator to aid the founder and CEO of the company and support the events and marketing department.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who's interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and be familiar with the entertainment and media industries. They should be highly-organized, possess strong administrative skills and be a problem solver. This job is in the office as it serves as key support to top managers. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
Providing support to the founder/CEO
-Maintain fast pace daily schedule, host weekly zoom calls
-Travel arrangements, light personal assistant duties
Managing certain office functions
Assisting in company activities- tri-monthly board meetings, monthly staff lunches, virtual events and screenings
Assist Events/Sales with LOAS, invoices and tracking of deliverables ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiencies
Manage various tracking docs, invites and lists (audience, magazine, CEO contacts)
Support digital marketing and campaign initiatives
Collaborate with Events and Sales Team stakeholders on regular basis
Experience required:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum two years as an executive assistant
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Basic computer skills
