The Executive Technology Support Specialist Role:
Headquartered in West Los Angeles, The Wonderful Company currently has an opening for an Executive Technology Support Specialist who can provide white-glove service to our senior executive team and support the infrastructure team on their enterprise efforts. A successful candidate will possess deep technical desktop knowledge, software and hardware, and seek a position that has great opportunity for learning and growth within the engineering and infrastructure fields. This person must show initiative, work well under pressure, be proactive and motivated to troubleshoot problems quickly with great attention to detail.
COVID 19 Alert - Please note: this is an immediate hire position. We will be interviewing and onboarding remotely but the position will start ASAP and be required for some onsite work as needed.
Here's what you'll do:
• Serve as the primary technology point of contact for members of the executive team and the Executive Assistants who support them
• Provide on-call technical support to onsite and remote users
• Act as the subject matter expert for solving user problems with solid technical knowledge while adhering to company policies and standards
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resolving issues and problems quickly
• Provide proactive assistance with the setup, testing, and monitoring of high-priority meetings to ensure there are no issues
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and tracking for all issues to prevent reoccurrence
• Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks with extreme attention to detail
• Work with IT and Infrastructure team members and establish relationships cross-functionally to drive escalations to closure
• Establish trust with the executive team by providing immediate technical support while maintaining confidentiality
• Travel may be required 2-4 times throughout the year for support
• Create and keep up to date all configuration, setup, and end user training documentation
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
• 5+ years of direct technology and helpdesk experience supporting senior executives
• Proven success in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and iOS mobile devices including iPhones and iPads as well as supporting the Office 365 suite, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
• Genuine interest in further technology learnings including server set-up and maintenance and collaborating with the engineering team
• Extensive experience working under pressure in a fast-paced support environment
