About the Role:
This executive assistant will directly report to and support the President/COO and her team through a variety of administrative projects and tasks, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners on all administrative matters. The Executive Assistant organizes and coordinates internal team workstreams, external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, fast-growing entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and committed to serving its audience. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting others, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment, with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and an ''all-hands-on-deck'' mindset. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with senior executives and highly strategic partners, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Day to Day:
Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings
Develop, organize, collect and prepare necessary materials ahead of meetings
Sit in on select meetings, take notes and ensure follow-up
Make travel arrangements
Work collaboratively with all other departments and external partners
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally
Assist in planning, managing and executing internal and external events with high attention to detail
What you bring to the table:
Relevant prior experience as an executive assistant in a complex, and fast-paced environment
Proficient in G-Suite, easily learns new software as required
Self-starter with strong sense of ownership who takes pride in their work
Detail-oriented with superior organizational and prioritization skills
Flexible, resourceful, and efficient with ability to prioritize
Strong EQ with ability to proactively identify issues and create solutions, not afraid to ask questions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Growth-oriented mindset
Impeccable personal and business ethics
Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality

Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
