The WNET Group is seeking a Senior Coordinator to provide sales and administrative support to the Corporate Engagement team.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Engagement, the Senior Coordinator supports all aspects of corporate engagement including helping execute department strategy, providing support for corporate fundraising and relationship management for WNET's programs and platforms across national and local broadcast, digital platforms, community engagement initiatives, events, and more. The Senior Coordinator is a critical team member and will have high visibility to key executives and decision makers internally as well as externally with clients.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Assist with preparation of sales presentations and pitches, aggregate and manage meeting materials, create asset logs, partnership recaps, inventory and prospecting spreadsheets, memos, and other documents, as needed;
• Respond to and service agency requests for multi-media partnerships, working with Research, Marketing Services and Production to craft submissions;
• Serve as main point of contact for corporate partnership fulfillment across WNET's departments to ensure everyone is aligned, and that contractual deliverables are met;
• Ensure all inventory, deals and post-meeting reports are accurate in CRM;
• Help identify potential prospects, leads and opportunities for Senior Director, Corporate Engagement;
• Work with CRM administrator and prospect research to develop and pull reports;
• Administrative support responsibilities including but not limited to creating and maintaining weekly and monthly reporting; coordinating regular internal team meetings and brainstorming sessions and manage follow ups;
• Additional responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have experience supporting senior leaders, excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Additional qualifications include:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and keen to learn new skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and balance deadlines;
• Proactive problem solving;
• Enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to collaborate, seek feedback and build consensus and credibility through action with others.
Candidates with the following are preferred: experience in multi-media sales, on client or agency side; basic understanding of non-profit fundraising landscape, proficiency with Salesforce.
The position requires occasional onsite work at our offices at Worldwide Plaza, 825 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY as well as the ability to participate in evening and weekend events. Per WNET's vaccine mandate policy, the successful candidate must show proof that they are fully vaccinated under applicable guidelines.
