Job Summary:
About the Role:
What You Will Do:
• Support Manager of Project Mgmt & Business Operations with daily tasks, including office supply ordering, DoorDash orders, and other support as needed.
• Provides day-to-day support to the production team, helping with administrative tasks, logistics, and coordination.
• Support all stages of AV marketing including asset gathering, motion graphic creation, editorial and finishing.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for all AV materials including music, copy, narration, motion graphics and other
• Interface with Creative Directors, Producers, Associate Producers, Coordinators, Assistant Editors, Music Supervisors, and Motion Graphics artists
• Assist in writing copy for projects as needed
• Assist in giving notes and feedback on cuts to editors
• Prioritize and coordinate the needs of the project
• Support Associate Producers
• Help track and maintain project related deadlines and project calendar

Required Education
• Undergraduate Junior or Senior majoring in Marketing or Communications or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
• This internship opportunity requires full-time availability in Burbank for the duration of the program.
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through August 2026.
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
