Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (YouTube) will lead creative strategies and oversee content production for Disney Entertainment's General Audience YouTube channels. This includes long- and short-form videos, live streams, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and franchise priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee creative development and production of long- and short-form video content (e.g., VOD, live streams, YT Shorts) for General Audience YouTube channels.
• Plan and manage content strategies to align production and delivery with programming calendars.
• Collaborate with Brand, Franchise, Consumer Products, Music, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment with larger company goals.
• Develop and produce content for international distribution across platforms.
• Work with third-party creative and platform partners to create engaging content and identify new opportunities.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals (e.g., Legal, Brand, Franchise).
• Lead and mentor a growing team executing YouTube strategies.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in digital content production for fiction and non-fiction formats.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube, including trends and audience engagement strategies.
