Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, this position will partner with other finance team members to support a brand-focused organization and own financial planning responsibility for Disney+ and films, episodic series and other content from our Studio production groups.
The responsibilities for this role may change and candidates must be flexible as the organization evolves.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee budgets for Burbank-managed international marketing spend, working closely with Print and A/V departments to ensure campaigns are properly funded across all studio titles
• Work closely with marketing executives to track and communicate budget needs
• Communicate international marketing spend to regional finance teams and work directly with them to ensure costs are distributed accurately
• Manage Studio marketing overhead planning process, including review of labor planning, tracking other expenses (professional services, cast member relations, T&E, etc.), and communicating outgoing marketing allocations
• Provide guidance for the quarterly close process for marketing and overhead spend, working closely with Studio Controllership on variance to forecast analysis
• Create ad-hoc financial models, analyses, reports and related presentation materials.
• Maintain and improve department financial reporting tools and processes
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Five-Year Plan
• Assist accounting and other finance teams with development and maintenance of internal controls and processes; ensure the accuracy and reliability of all financial forecasts and reporting
• Interface with varying levels of marketing management, studio and DTC finance, controllership, and other Disney segments
• Assist Manager and Director with other department responsibilities, including ultimate management, FP&A and other activities

Education/Experience:
• Minimum three years business experience in accounting or finance
• BA/BS required; CPA or MBA preferred
• Previous studio entertainment experience a plus
