Job Summary:
The Secretary IV supporting Targeted Marketing & Field Publicity will report to the Vice President and Director, handling a range of administrative tasks for Disney’s theatrical, Disney+, and Hulu film and series titles. This role includes managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and overseeing logistics for film and series promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, expense reporting, and executive travel arrangements.
• Prepare business-related expenses using SAP and ensure reports are filed in a timely manner.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and communications.
• Fulfill talent and filmmaker requests.
• Create and manage field agency documents, tracking the execution of publicity and promotional initiatives.
• Manage film/series team documents, schedules, and North American film festival reports.
• Compile press break reports and manage campaign summaries.
• Handle budget invoicing, including invoice coding and reconciliation.
• Provide logistical support for regional events, press days, conventions, and film festivals, including transportation coordination.
• Work on-site at press events such as premieres, junkets, and conventions.
• Support the creation of filmmaker presentations and pull weekly screening reports.
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with departmental projects and support executives as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience at the senior management level, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Proficiency with PC and MAC, as well as Keynote and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to manage work from multiple sources and collaborate within a matrix organization.
• Flexibility with work schedule and willingness to work overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong passion for film and series publicity.
• Experience in the entertainment industry, particularly in publicity or marketing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Compensation:
• The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $70,200 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s location, experience, and job-related knowledge. Bonuses and long-term incentives may also be part of the package.
