Full Posting:
Studio Operations is comprised of multiple disciplines related to the post-production of films. This includes localizing formats for global theatrical release, ensuring consistency and continuity in the voice and representation of characters, secure delivery of films, converting classic films into digital formats, and managing Walt Disney Studios' production and post-production facilities.
This role will provide support for the Studio Operations International Post team. You will assist with title delivery for Theatrical and Disney+ Original titles, ensuring content integration and delivery expectations are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excited to engage with team members and stakeholders, and thrives in an energetic, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain content orders in internal systems to ensure integration and clarity for vendors
• Apply archiving rules by title to inventory content appropriately
• Support APM and manager on component plans and build plans for content delivery
• Recognize off-track plans and escalate appropriately
• Assist with local territory requests for production assets supporting censorship
• Prepare daily capacity reports for POD-managed titles
• Monitor milestones and maintain status updates in systems
• Partner with the team on accounting, billing, and PO requests
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery priorities
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Utilize managing software programs, including Smartsheets, Google trackers, Microsoft Project, and Disney-owned systems
• Administer vendor security programs, escalate when vendors need training or security updates
• Assist with trailer scheduling and reporting as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of entertainment or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication skills; ability to establish relationships with diverse teams
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks across multiple titles and deadlines
• Adaptable to change and shifting priorities
• Initiative to assist with team tasks
• Data manipulation skills for various projects
Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of color grading, color spaces, aspect ratios, and theatrical digital cinema mastering
• Familiarity with localization assets like subtitles, captions, and dub credits
• Understanding communication styles for various levels of management

• Ability to prioritize complex business decisions
Compensation:
The hiring range for this position in California is $63,300 to $81,800 per year, with potential bonuses and long-term incentive units, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
