Full Posting:
The Executive Assistant position provides executive support to the Chief Brand Officer and President, Studio & Disney+ Marketing. This position is enterprise-wide and requires an understanding of all facets of the company to drive effective results and establish and maintain relationships within TWDC as Marketing function. The ideal candidate must be able to tactfully manage the Chief Brand Officer/President's time where needed, prioritize and communicate with authority, and have excellent knowledge of the Studio landscape.
This office has two Executive Assistants that split the duties of the CBO/President's office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Job Responsibilities:
• Manages and prepares documents including meeting agendas and presentation materials
• Works with internal departments and external vendors to provide/receive necessary information, materials, approvals, etc.
• Updates monthly release calendar, coordinates events, and monitors conference room
• Liaise with executives, talent, and other assistants internally and externally
• Review, edit, and enhance presentations and decks for clarity, coherence, and visual appeal
• Exercise discretion in all interactions
• Support departmental projects as needed
• Handles memberships, subscriptions, and orders office supplies, snacks, and beverages
• Ensures the office is stocked with necessary supplies and coordinates with building services, studio maintenance, and others
• Maintains files and coordinates pickup/delivery of materials as requested
• Maintains confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
• Creates a professional and positive environment for all who interact with the Office of the CBO/President
• Promotes teamwork and works well with executives, staff, and external associates
• Manages CBO/President's time, multi-tasks, and communicates with authority
• Open to research projects
• Accessible 24/7 via telephone and e-mail to handle urgent requests
• Assists with conference room requests and other departmental tasks
• Drafts correspondence and manages mail
• Coordinates VIP tickets and passes for guests and clients
• Supports and serves as backup to the other Executive Assistant, including managing the CBO/President's schedule and meetings
• Must be in office 5 days a week, including Fridays
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of administrative and/or marketing experience within the entertainment industry, preferably within The Walt Disney Company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Mac & Windows)
• Professional phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication, both verbally and written
• Professional demeanor as a point of contact for the Office of the President
• Team player with a positive, easy-going manner to handle varied personalities and responsibilities
• Flexibility with work schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Knowledge of Disney/Pixar films
• SAP experience preferred
Compensation:
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $80,500 to $107,900 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. Compensation may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
