Associate Project Manager - Technology Optimization
Studio Operations at Disney is responsible for various disciplines related to the postproduction of films, including global theatrical release localization, digital format conversions, and management of production/postproduction facilities. The Associate Project Manager will support technology optimization projects within this division.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain documentation for current and future technology workflows
• Assist in creating user stories and use cases for new tech initiatives
• Coordinate asset delivery and testing materials for new technology applications
• Support status tracking, project milestones, and health related to new tech applications
• Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and manage logistics
• Prepare status updates for stakeholders
• Support the onboarding of new processes and technology solutions, including creating and maintaining documentation
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others without authority
• Experience presenting to all levels of staff, internally and externally
• Understanding of project management deliverables and ability to contribute to team success
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of post-production, manufacturing, and distribution supply chains, including theatrical and direct-to-consumer lines of business
Education:
• BA/BS Degree or comparable work experience

Compensation:
The salary range for this position in Burbank, CA is $78,100 - $101,000 annually. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package may include a bonus, long-term incentive units, and medical/financial benefits.
