Talent Solutions Specialist (Project Hire)
Job Summary:
The Talent Solutions Team is responsible for the development of Talent Management philosophies, processes and tools, and manages the work from concept stage through implementation and measurement. This work encompasses research, integration with key partners/stakeholders, project management and change/communication support for the development, implementation and analysis of Talent Solutions pilots and improvement projects, and the subsequent implementation of enhanced long term talent management practices. Specific deliverables include:
• Process Design: Conduct research, develop and test hypothesis and secure agreement to take processes from proof-of-concept/pilot to full implementation. Develop accurate communication messaging, learning materials, user stories, etc. to support the development and deployment of associated systems and tools.
• Proof of Concept/Pilot: Design, launch, measure pilots to test both approach and specific functionality (e.g. Performance Management)
• Systems/Technology: Project manage the partnership with HR Technology to identify system requirements, appropriate integration points, service delivery models, etc.
• Process Implementation and Continuous Improvement: Provide project management and change management/communication support to improve enterprise-wide Talent Management processes , ensuring effectiveness, integration and efficiency with Leaders, HRBPs, end-users, and the broader HR Strategy work
• Collaboration: Engage with and manage input from segments and partners to reap the benefits of diverse perspectives. Engage HR functional/CoE partners as needed to ensure delivery of tools, resources and communications necessary for effective implementation. Provide high-touch support on testing of new ideas/concepts.
• Measurement: Ensure creation and implementation of appropriate measures for both new and ongoing work. Partner as needed to design measurement strategies and leverage other HR data. Deliver insights and potential next steps through effective analysis and measurement storytelling.
The Talent Solutions Specialist is responsible for enabling the development and continuous improvement of technology supporting various talent processes. The role will serve as a liaison among the Talent Solutions team, Workforce Technology partners, and segment HR contacts to clarify and communicate process requirements, support integration across HR functional workstreams, test solutions, and act as a Talent Technology subject matter expert.
The person in this position has a key role in enabling leaders and employees to engage intuitively and efficiently with leading edge talent process technology (e.g., performance management, talent & succession planning). • In partnership with department colleagues, Workforce Technology and key HR functional partners, enable the configuration and testing of a new Human Capital Management System (Workday) to support Organization and Talent Solutions (O&TS) processes
• Enable new/enhanced integration of O&TS processes with related functional workstreams and processes
Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of Talent Technology tools and processes
• Perform Talent Technology user-interface testing to help diagnose and correct system issues
• Collect, prepare and communicate data related to anticipated or ongoing issues
• Support and contribute to the documentation of ''as is'' and ''to be'' processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the ''to be'' capability to record accurately the change required
• Support others by performing prescribed project management activities following existing procedures
• Research and suggest technical developments/enhancements to improve quality of the user experience and supporting infrastructure to better meet users' needs

Required Education
• Bachelors or equivalent (Technology, Business or related preferred)
