This is a Full Time Job
Substantial Social Media marketing experience with the ability to manage social media, used to deal with vendors (community managers, media planers, designers, developers…), teams (Marketing/Brand, PR, Retail/E-commerce, CRM …) and internal clients at a local and international level. Experience in the entertainment industry supporting Marketing/Sales would be a plus.
Organizational and creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute Marketing strategies on social media using content to engage users (RTM, new social media channels, etc).
Responsible for enhancing the performance and efficiency of new and existing digital materials all across the company and third parties as well as participating in the design, localization and delivery of new ones optimizing assets and performance. Able to learn new tools, functionalities and last trends quickly and effectively. Able to analyze web/mobile, social and campaign metrics to drive action and deliver value.
OVERALL
• Expand digital and social media marketing to increase awareness, buzz and engagement around the key company franchises and Studios releases with special focus on Facebook, IG, YouTube, TikTok and Twitter.
• Experience in Bought media campaigns is a plus (social, display, programmatic etc).
SOCIAL MEDIA
• Manage and moderate social networking sites: Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Fox & searchlight. In total 18 channels in the main platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok and IG). More than 7M fans.
• Produce social conversation calendars and setting templates for the different titles.
• Analyze the performance of social media platforms and general insights.
• Work with analytics to produce audits and recommend changes to other Marketing teams (Product, PR, Character Voices) for improving campaign performance (i.e. Listening of a new trailers or launch of new posters).
• Deliver necessary content/information and campaign briefing to the social media agency to be able to work very closely.
• Look for new proposals and benchmarks.
• Proven record of planning Influencers activations and its ROI analysis.
• Integrate social listening insights in the Studio strategy.
BOUGHT MEDIA
• Participate in Social Media Ad campaigns strategy and analysis for real time optimization.
• Support Bought Media activity campaigns if needed.
MATERIALS
• Liaise with Regional/Global to request and adapt digital materials for our territory, including testing, translation and localization (i.e. social games, banner ads, toolkit…).
• Liaise with Regional/Global to launch highlighted exclusive content on YouTube and social networks (i.e. teaser trailers, trailers, viral videos, posters…).
• Creation of local materials liaising with Product Managers (i.e. cover images, e-cards, ads, skins…) and the PR team (i.e. fun facts, production notes, press releases).
• Provide and explain how to use these materials to other LOBs and marketing areas to leverage its usage on third party sites or promotions.
COMPETITIONS
• Development of local challenging competitions, with high virality potential working closely with the agency.
• Legal adaptation of T&C and mechanics verification, working closely with the Legal Dept. and with the Notary.
• Search and optimization of prizes involving as many LOBs as possible.
• Implementation, supervision and control of winners working closely with the agency and the Finance Dept.
• Local reporting and sharing with Regional learning and insights.
CRM
• Be a local contact for the CRM channel.
• Liaise with Regional/Global to request and adapt digital materials for our territory, including testing, translation and localization (i.e. release, special dates…).
• Monitoring actions after launching.
Preferred Qualifications:
University degree (Advertising or marketing degree preferred).
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Computer knowledge (Windows Office, Photoshop/Fireworks).
4 years of professional media, digital and entertainment experience.
Extensive experience with digital marketing and social media.
Demonstrated ability in problem solving by team working.
Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in diverse group settings.
Experience in full life-cycle execution of strategies for properties/franchises.
Demonstrated ability in analytics (Omniture, Twitter, Google, Facebook, YouTube).
Familiarity with front-end (HTML, FBML, CSS, Flash) and back-end design (servers, DB).
Familiarity with e-commerce and media distribution platforms.
Familiarity with Legal requirements on Digital (promotions, competitions, applications).
Proactively identify trends and opportunities to drive action and deliver value.
Passionate about the world of online and the Disney culture.
