In view of Southeast Asia's growth, we are now seeking a Supervising Producer who has deep relationships with production partners and agencies to be responsible for overseeing the production of shows across Branded Entertainment & Original Programming, in close partnership with the Content and Media team.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee assigned projects from content ideation, script writing, research, identifying talent and production involvement.
-Present content, editorial direction, workflows and organizing and leading regular alignment meetings.
-Coordinate and provide guidance to production partners from concept development phase through to production and delivery.
-Monitor various processes of all assigned projects, serving as the main point of contact between productions and internal
stakeholders, ensuring tracking tools are up to date and reliable throughout, working closely with an international roster of production
companies, overseeing the production process from the concept phase to delivery and will actively take part in production and/or post-
production on-site if required.
-Deliver projects on time and on budget, monitoring deadlines and seeing deliverables through to completion.
Basic Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is passionate when developing and producing content in digital age.
-University Degree level education (preferably in Film Studies, Journalism or similar field) or equivalent practical experience
-Understanding of the production process from creative conception, pre production, production and delivery
-Someone from the scripted background will be advantageous and has developed content in genre fiction will be ideal.
-Experience across scripted and unscripted genres
-Proven ability to provide creative direction and feedback?-10+ years of practical experience in a production environment, particularly in content production and/or commissioning, and preferably
including development
-Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail
-Curious and passionate about current media landscape and trends, stays current in production trends and new technologies
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task projects at various stages of completion
-Strong written and oral communication skills; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
-A creative thinker and problem solver?-Strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate, influence and persuade at all levels
