Sr Manager, OD and Program Management (PH)

As a Senior Manager, Organizational Development and Program Management, you will serve as HR Program Manager to support HR's role in the Company's Global Finance Transformation initiative.
This Sr. Manager acts as a coordinator between multiple projects and work streams to ensure progress and alignment with the transformation goals. This leader may also directly manage individual projects that are part of the overall company strategy. Organizational Development expertise with strong experience leading change and complex projects/programs are requirements for this role.
As an OD expert you will have the ability to partner directly with business leaders to define, and deliver against strategic projects that drive global business needs. You will consult, facilitate, and assess the business to improve performance in ways no one has yet imagined- and then work with business leaders at all levels to execute these plans. You will excel at simplifying complex issues and processes and bringing others along. Additionally, you will be recognized as an expert in one or more OD competencies such as Org Design, Change Management or Process Improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Work with functional leaders and key executives to define requirements and assumptions, initiate projects and ensure progress on both short and long-term goals
• Plan and coordinate the HR elements of the overall program and monitoring progress
• Define program governance
• Establish role clarity across projects and stakeholders
• Organizing responsibilities and activities in support of the program goals
• Developing an evaluation method to assess progress, risks and mitigations
• Influence and lead teams composed of a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
• Ensure goals are met in all areas including critical milestones, dependencies and decisions
• Provide effective and timely communication to stakeholders regarding progress, issues and decisions
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Basic Qualifications:
• Possess practical experience in Project/Program Management of large and complex initiative.
• Anticipates business needs, identifying opportunities to advance business objectives and/or minimize risk
• Creates value through insight, leveraging data and analytics to create and demonstrate business value
• Collaboratively partners with stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions; operates with a global mindset while fostering the open exchange of ideas between people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to communicate complex concepts in a compelling and simple way
• Develops new ideas, seeing issues from multiple angles, acting with a sense of curiosity and urgency, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement
• Is a positive example of corporate values, demonstrating adaptability in times of conflict; maintains a positive outlook in the face of adversity while inspiring others to do the same
• Raises the bar on performance for themselves and team/partners, inspiring others to excellence; resolves conflict quickly and is part of creating an environment in which constructive collaboration replaces tension
• 8 plus years of OD experience driving practical and impactful organizational change
