Job Summary:
Sr Workforce Insights Analyst
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
The Sr Workforce Insights Analyst will be responsible for applying strategic analytic skills to transform raw people data into meaningful and actionable HR business insights.
This includes the following responsibilities:
• Help evolve and execute the Corporate Workforce Analytics Strategy and operational roadmap.
• Design and execute data models using statistical principles (e.g., regression, correlation, etc.).
• Manage and ensure effective use of employee surveys.
• Produce concise, story-driven presentations to communicate analytic insights.
• Create, maintain, and update interactive data dashboards and visualizations.
• Provide training to HR stakeholders on the use of analytics and basic statistical measurements.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify key people metrics that align with business strategies and help to drive decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, and/or marketing analytics.
• Ability to translate business and operational goals into actionable research studies to support workforce related business decisions.
• Strong applied statistical and analytical skills to design and execute predictive, descriptive, and inferential statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex analytics insights to non-technical audiences, including senior executive leadership.
• Proficiency in acquiring, organizing, cleansing, and manipulating large amounts of data.
• Well organized, with attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment, juggling multiple priorities
• Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a highly collaborative working style.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office projects including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
• Demonstrated experience with analytics software (e.g. SAS) and/or SQL language.
• Demonstrated experience with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, take ownership, and drive delivery when given direction.
• Self confident. Not afraid of asking questions and/or directions, but with ability to move on afterwards. Ability to push back if necessary.
• Prior experience in PowerPoint design and presentation to Executive audiences.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Organizational Psychology or other related field.
