Senior Program Manager, HCM Transformation Program (PH)
Job Summary:
As part of the Workforce Technology team leads the planning, selection, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for the global talent of The Walt Disney Company. This team also provides integration support for mergers and acquisitions.
The Workforce Technology team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee its functional delivery of the HCM transformation program. In this role, they will provide project management support for the Workforce Technology Leadership team. They will be interacting with work stream leads across the functional areas to ensure our work plans are aligned and that our deliverables are supporting their needs. The responsibilities include keeping the work plan updated on the appropriate shared sites, identifying and driving the teams toward key milestones, developing and delivering dashboards and status reports for senior executives, identifying and escalating to the appropriate teams any risks with associated impacts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall management of the Workforce Technology work streams for functional delivery of the HCM transformation program
• With direction from the Workforce Technology Work stream Leader, develop and maintain the functional work plan for the WF Technology work streams
• Provide escalation point of contact between the work stream leads and Leadership
• Provide program management leadership and support for the WF Technology work streams
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards and status reports
• Maintain project scope and define change order requirements
• Identify and drive team towards key milestones
• Identify and escalate to the appropriate teams any risks and associated impacts
• Partner with other program managers to ensure coordination between teams
• Partner with work stream leads across HR functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting and Data Integration to ensure alignment
Basic Qualifications:
• 10 years project/program management experience
• 7-10 years experience managing vendors and budgets
• 7 years working in a complex, multi-business unit Fortune 500 company
• 3 years Core HR or Employee-facing systems support experience
• 5 years digital software engineering and/or product design experience
• Exceptional communications and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way
• Demonstrated use of KPIs to successfully manage the delivery of large-scale, complex technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a dynamic, fast passed environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting one or more HR applications (examples include: SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Kenexa)
• Demonstrated project management skills or certifications
• Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and influence in a matrixed team environment
Required Education
• Undergraduate degree in business analysis, computer science, information technology, human resources or related field
