Job Description:
The Global Security team at The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Secretary V to provide administrative support to several directors. This role ensures smooth daily operations for executives and handles high-priority tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume calendars, including international calls and meetings
• Create multi-city travel itineraries and adapt plans as needed
• Collaborate with senior executives and their support teams
• Schedule and organize meetings, conference rooms, and video calls
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
• Assist with onboarding new employees and act as a key resource for the team
• Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and expense reports
• Prepare reports, conduct research, and fact-check content
• Mentor junior support professionals and train them in technical and soft skills
• Plan and execute high-profile events, such as global meetings and training sessions
• Monitor significant team events and coordinate logistics for office maintenance
Required Qualifications:
