Job Summary:
Executive Compensation & Benefits designs and delivers executive compensation and enterprise-wide benefit programs for the company. The area is responsible for designing and maintaining all plans and programs, including the integration of all acquisitions, and ensuring that plans and programs attract, retain and motivate our talented employees globally, while meeting legal, compliance and financial objectives of the company.
Responsibilities:
Executive Compensation & Benefits is looking for a Project Manager, Executive Compensation to lead the project management office for Executive Compensation Strategy Redesign and Rollout.
Typical responsibilities will include:
Governance: Create infrastructure for / provide support to project sponsors, decision makers, and stakeholders involved in initiatives supporting Executive Compensation Strategy Redesign and Rollout globally. Facilitate forums to drive decisions, track action items and provide the administrative support needed to follow-through on the decisions. Maintain a strategy roadmap detailing work streams and associated investments for continuous improvement.
Communications: In conjunction with Communications partners, create and execute a communications strategy and roadmap to ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in. Partner with senior leaders and Subject Matter Experts across HR and beyond to ensure consistent strategic and tactical messages are shared consistently via formal and informal channels.
Stakeholder Management: Map out key stakeholders and create engagement roadmap based on the needs of each group. Ensure purposeful and consistent management of stakeholders through multiple lenses (e.g. industry, segment, region, market, leader / employees, candidates, etc.).
Performance Management and Tracking: Improve program performance via regular status reporting and reviews. Investigate specific performance issues and communicate early warning signs of risk. This includes assessing and creating solutions for regional and market implications of the strategy (e.g. North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
Schedule Management: Identify project level milestones and integrate them into an overall program level strategy. Supervise all project scheduling, monitor schedule variances and recommend corrective action.
Financial Management: Track actual spend, report variances, and adjust future forecasts with proper change control.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as a project manager leading enterprise wide integrations or programs, including management of projects, change management, budget input, and project updates
• Prior directly related experience with compensation plans, programs and strategies is helpful but not required
• Directly related experience as a project manager with work streams that have a high degree of ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments
• Exposure to global and segment level project work that requires cross functional partners and work streams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. Access to and familiarity with project manager software tools including leadership dashboard/scorecard reporting
• Knowledge of MS Project; Chrystal Reports, Concur
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree
