Production Manager, Ad Sales Disney Media Networks

This is a Full Time Job


The Production Manager responsible for all budget allocation, hiring of crews and contractors, preparation of contracts and location permits and planning schedules relating to filming to support the Disney Media Networks Ad Sales business across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of deadlines, deliverables and budgets for all incoming client driven projects.
• Administrative duties and vendor related tasks / contracts drafting.
• Work closely and efficiently with the Creative Director and the Client Solutions team on production projects for TV or Digital.
• Work closely and efficiently with the Producers/ Directors on production projects and planning timelines, budgets and allocation of work.
• Multitasking, detail minded, self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently.
• Act as liaison between the Sales team and the production team which can include producers, designers, technicians and vendors. Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Occasionally assist with shoots (Knowledge of filming a plus)

Basic Qualifications:

The Appointed Manager will always ensure a smooth running operation from Pre to Post Production, making sure budgets are allocated wisely and all deadlines are met.
• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience, in a TV / production environment.

Required Education

• Post-Secondary degree or diploma required
