Job Summary:
A team of high performing problem-solvers, and subject matter experts that solves complex Talent, Human Capital, and HR issues using strategic planning and problem solving techniques that drive change management and generate strategic labor planning by all business leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Provide consultative support for clients across the organization, translating high-level business objectives into analytical solutions providing clear and actionable insights
• Collaborate with Finance and HR Leaders to understand current challenges with labor planning and dependencies on current processes
• Understand external labor markets and relevant input to headcount planning strategies
• Integrate internal labor models to cohesively drive labor strategies and overall financial implications relative to headcount strategies
• Partner with cross functional teams to design and implement an Enterprise strategic headcount management plan
• Design leader dashboards that convey overall labor story, staffing levels and opportunities for efficient labor planning
• Streamline current labor planning, reporting and reconciliation processes across the enterprise
• Work collaboratively with other team members to develop analytical solutions which support cross-functional needs
• Proactively identify analytical opportunities to solve key business issues or strategies
• Synthesize analytical output, findings, and cause of change analysis for storytelling and decision making
Basic Qualifications:
• 4 years at an analyst level in a data-oriented role dealing in Workforce Analytics or Finance
• Deep knowledge of core HR data, analytical tools and processes, and problem solving skills
• You have strong critical thinking skills and ask relevant questions to improve processes and build efficiencies
• You have the ability to design and optimize process controls to support the right business model
• You have deep technical knowledge and experience in conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources and a passion for attention to detail
• You are an abstract thinker with the ability to solve complex problems in creative, sustainable ways
• You possess the talent for strong influencing and networking skills to help build and foster existing consultative relationships that drive synergy and partnership opportunities
• You can focus on the here and now while keeping a keen eye to the future and the organizational capability to prioritize work
• You have the exceptional ability to make timely and effective decisions to meet fluid deadlines
• You are proactive and self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight
• You are passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends
• You can effectively handle and maintain confidential information
• You are adaptable and have high level of comfort with change and ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
• Workforce Planning or Finance
• Cognos, Tableau, SAS, SQL
Required Education
• 4-yr degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or other business related field
Preferred Education
• Advanced degree (Masters or above) in Workforce Planning, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field
