Job Summary:
About the Role & ProgramAs a Global Security Investigations Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our employees, guests, global operations, and company assets. This internship is perfect for a problem-solver who is equipped to balance multiple projects/tasks at once. Your contributions in this role will help maintain the safety and integrity of Disney's worldwide operations. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, CA area from January 2026 - June 2026.
What You Will Do
As an intern, you will be assisting our team with investigations, providing operational support for ongoing investigative programs, and providing administrative support on new internal initiatives. Some of your responsibilities could include:
• Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive customer / client relations and collaborating with investigators
• Assist with social media and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reviews and analysis
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies
• Support operational tasks affecting case work and the team
• Communicate complex security information clearly to stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
• Proficient in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication – Confident writing executive summaries
• OSINT knowledge or understanding
• Experience with data analysis tools (Smartsheets, Power BI, Tableau) and techniques
• Ability to handle sensitive information, as well as maintain strict discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience/exposure to security and/or investigations
Education
• Junior or Senior preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Security, Investigations, Criminal Justice or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program InformationCandidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship ?
• Be at least 18 years of age ?
• Possess unrestricted work authorization ?
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information:
• Candidates must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, during normal business hours (8:30am-5:00pm).
• This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.
• Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
