This is a Full Time Job
The Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service by administering accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with various segment HR policies and practices. This requires the ability to synthesize information, engage with necessary HR functional partners to understand requirements, pay implications and apply policy variation to each unique transaction. The scope of work includes interacting with employees, stakeholders, and handling process escalations and/or requests from GHRO Regional Managers as needed.
HR Transactions
• Conduct routine transactions specific to the role following the standard operating guidelines while providing excellent customer service.
• Research and resolve issues according to defined scope
• Complete other transactions as assigned when hiring volume varies
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, security and completeness
• Apply current Federal/State/Local Laws and policies in the completion of tasks
• Ensure all internal control procedures are performed as required
• Maintain accurate documentation related to job
• Issue Management
• Recognize and escalate client issues
Process Improvement
• Identify and escalate opportunities to improve and align existing processes
• Participate in systems testing as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize/handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment within a dynamic organization positioned to expand scope and opportunity
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort and aptitude utilizing keyboards with speed and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Demonstrated strong ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership on issues and manage to resolution
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferred proficiency in people management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, etc.) and ability to adapt to new technology (i.e. Service Now, Kenexa)
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, evenings and/or weekends, in the event work becomes critical to the operation
• Previous experience in an operations environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with SAP (ELE/Payroll), Kenexa, ServiceNow, eDocs, Kenexa, WorkDay, Sharepoint
Required Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
