About the Role & Program:
The Procurement Services Team is responsible for procurement activities in support of the food and beverage system. We have a strong focus on customer service and client management of The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) Business Units.This internship is a full-time, four-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from August 2025 – December 2025.
What You Will Do:
The Procurement Services Intern will support leaders in various systems and process-related projects, as well as their normal day-to-day responsibilities. Projects could include:
• Data cleansing and optimization
• Variance management / price matching
• Analysis and reporting of data and inventory while ensuring SOX compliance
• Organization of processes and guides
• Logistical support and expediting
• Track and process/resolve Batch Data Capture sessions
• Manage customer inquiries through multiple communication touchpoints
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Basic cost/data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability/desire to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on a team in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong customer service focus
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement practices, system maintenance and food & beverage purchasing/pricing experience
• Previous experience creating user-friendly how-to guides; technical writing experience
• Excel/database management experience
• Experience with Tableau
• Previous exposure to SAP and NALA
Education:
• Junior or Senior preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a closely related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information:
• Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
• This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.
• Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.00 per hour.
