Internal Title: Secretary III
This Executive Assistant role supports the Deputy Chief Counsel, Legal, and the Vice President, Production Legal and Clearances at Disney. It involves providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in Disney's Legal department, which works with television production and clearance for ABC Signature, FX Productions, and Twentieth Television.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting research, checking or reviewing existing work, and preparing reports and summaries
• Scheduling high-level, time-sensitive conference calls
• Coordinating travel arrangements and creating itineraries
• Interfacing with senior executives and their support teams
• Managing executive schedules, including time for travel, logistics, and preparation
• Handling phone calls and inquiries based on priorities
• Scheduling internal and offsite meetings, conference rooms, and video conferences
• Adapting to emergencies and last-minute changes in schedules
• Handling confidential and sensitive information
• Drafting email communications on behalf of executives
• Planning large events such as CLE presentations, training workshops, and team-building activities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience supporting Vice President-level executives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines and deliverables
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Concur, DocuSign, and other office equipment
• Calm under pressure, with strong emotional intelligence
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
