The Enterprise Sourcing Media Team partners with media professionals across The Walt Disney Company to maximize the value of media investments. The team identifies opportunities, monitors industry trends, crafts enterprise-wide deals, and enhances vendor relationships. Collaborating with media leads across all business units, the team focuses on sourcing opportunities in digital and traditional media, including publishers, media agencies, and media buying technologies. This role specifically concentrates on identifying opportunities and developing sourcing strategies within the digital media category.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Media.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
• Support the operationalization and implementation of sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and media leads to understand business needs and deliver sourcing solutions aligned with client objectives, including cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify and select suitable suppliers, as well as analyze market trends and total costs to supply, in order to identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize impact on clients.
• Drive sourcing strategies within the digital media category.
• Support supplier negotiations, including pricing and delivery terms, and assist in contract creation and review.
• Stay current on media trends and supplier developments to maintain expertise in areas of support.
• Assist in the development and execution of performance management programs and research, and implement best practices for procurement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years of experience in digital media advertising
• Effective research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and evolving marketplace trends.
• Resourceful, effective at managing tasks and projects independently
• Ability to clearly communicate, including excellent verbal and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in or with media agencies is a plus
• CPM, CIRM, CPIM, or similar certifications preferred
Education
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as supply chain management, media buying/planning, programmatic media, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Education
• Graduate / Master's degree in business or another quantitative field.
This onsite position is located in Burbank, CA.

The base salary for this position in Burbank, CA is $85,800.00-$104,800.00. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
