Contingent Worker Coordinator (6 month FTC)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Contingent Workforce (CW) Coordinator to join on an initial 6 month fixed term contract based in the Disney EMEA head office in Hammersmith, London. This role is responsible for on-boarding, off boarding and providing management information on Disney non- employees (agency workers and independent contractors).
The key responsibility of the contingent workforce coordinator is to support the manager in the delivery of the contingent workforce programme.
The CW Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administration relating to creating, extending and deactivating new worker accounts and the associated paperwork. They will be the main point of contact for suppliers/vendors for any contingent queries.
The CW coordinator will also be the first point of contact with the Hiring Managers within the business to assist with the end to end hiring process for contingents and third party vendor arrangements.
The role will also include project work such as process improvement, training, management of the CWM technology (IQN/Beeline) and managing the third party vendor management process.
Responsibilities
Worker Administration
• Management of the Contingent Workforce mail box
• Managing third party vendor management process
• Entering CW information onto our vendor management system (IQ Navigator)
• Processing New Worker requests from managers
• Processing worker information (using MS Office, D Tools HR Beeline and SAP)
• Keeping up-to-date hard copy and electronic worker files
• Handling ad-hoc queries from the HR team and managers alike
• Liaising with security and IT to ensure the correct access is given to workers
Management Information / General Reporting
• Beeline: Super-user status for all transactions
• Excel: Produce monthly reports in addition to facilitating ad-hoc requests from the business
• SAP: Produce weekly reports starters/leavers
• Act as the main point of contact for any data relating to CW's including Third Party Vendors
Project Work
• IR35
• Classifications of the third party vendors
• 21CF/FNG integration
Great Service Delivery
• Support the CW team in offering a seamless, data driven and pro-active HR service to the business relating to non-employees
• Collaborate across the wider HR team to share information and learn from each other
Other
• As the CW function evolves, this role may take on varied responsibilities to support the overall CWM Programme
Skills
and experience
• Solid experience in administration
• Experience in HR or talent acquisition would be ideal
• Previous HR system experience (SAP and ServiceNow)
• Any customer service experience would also be beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast paced service driven corporate environment
• Data driven mind set with strong excel skills
• Comfortable speaking to hiring managers, vendors and clients to answer questions and resolve queries
