Job Summary:
As a member of the Cyber Remediation Operations team, you will work closely with the Disney Entertainment business teams in protecting Disney's highly respected Disney Entertainment portfolio, including ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, and ABC.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
• Publish recurring status reports and assist with data analysis to support stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, security teams, business partners, and operational teams to drive remediation of security deficiencies.
• Identify and proactively recommend adjustments to mitigate risks that may impact strategy or operational targets.
• Support the on-time delivery of security and compliance initiatives.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, concise, actionable presentations for senior management, communicating data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, trends, technologies, and best practices and incorporate them into IT and business practices.
• Maintain and organize a knowledge base of security and compliance resources.
• Develop training materials, coordinate training sessions, and monitor compliance with training requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
• One or more general security certifications including Security+, CySA+, AWS, GSEC, GICSP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $87,100 - $116,700. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
