Associate Recruiter (PH)
Job Summary:
The Associate Recruiter manages full life-cycle recruitment for low complexity requisitions, and must demonstrate the ability to manage recruiting activities, such as screening, assessments, client/candidate management, offer and onboarding process through project management. In addition, this role must be able to execute on the expectations set for the Disney Candidate experience, as well as understand basic hiring practices and be able to effectively utilize our TA tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
• Provides full-cycle recruitment support for low complexity requisitions
• Supports Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with higher complexity requisitions through resume review, screens, and process work
• Ensures a strong candidate and hiring leader experience through demonstrated knowledge of requisition and business acumen as well as proactive nature and responsiveness
• Utilizes the ATS, CRM, HRIS system and other programs for maximum effectiveness
• Actively participates in functional HR Pod initiatives that will ultimately contribute to the success of the overall Functional Talent Strategy
Basic Qualifications:
• Recruitment / interview experience
• Proven experience utilizing technology
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work in a structured and autonomous environment while communicating effectively with key team members
• Proven organizational skills while ensuring attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills while creating an effective interview experience
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment while effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
• Task oriented with experience following structured processes
Required Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
