Senior Executive, Client Services | Media Networks (6 month contract)

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Communications Planning & Strategy within Disney Media Networks, this 6 month contract will be responsible in assisting the ad sales team to collaborate with external parties and internal departments to meet business needs. He/She will help clients to have a comprehensive understanding of the business's portfolio across Southeast Asian markets.

Responsibilities:

• A team player under the supervision of Director, Comms Planning and Strategy to support the Ad Sales team.
• Manage the pitch and execution process, liaison with internal teams including creative, program, local offices, finance and legal Media plan checking and verifications with third party channels, work closely with traffic and booking teams (on air, off air, online or combination)
• Handle administrative duties including due diligence to fulfil requirement from compliance and finance
• Project cost tracking during the project execution stage
• Maintain accurate tracking record within system and on time, ensure all documents are in place for finance and internal audit Maintain relationships with executives of client businesses, work closely across all disciplines and all aspects of the delivery of the work to the clients

Basic Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of professional work experience; preferably with multinational company background
• Experience in media company or agencies background will be a definite advantage
• Energetic and positive
• Meticulous, organized and possess a positive attitude and diligent work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skill. Ability to work under supervision of Director and within a team
• Good communication skills in English is essential
• Strong team player and able to co-ordinate with various internal parties
• Analytical and numbers sensitive, organized and motivated, systems and process driven.
• Clear understanding of priorities and the importance of multitasking.
• He or she should also be able to work under pressure and over time when required.

Required Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
