Part Time Unpaid Internship

About The Internship
As a Human Resources Intern you will play an integral role in supporting the HR team with a wide range of responsibilities.
We have internships within different areas of HR including, Learning and Development and HR Operations. If you have a preference, please note this in your cover letter.
As a HR Operations Intern you will gain insight into the various stages of the employee lifecycle and have exposure to a wide range of HR processes as well as being a contact point for HR queries allowing you to develop a concrete understanding of HR principles.
As a Learning and Development Intern you will work on learning initiative projects as well as organising and hosting our extensive leadership and induction programmes.
Eligibility
• Must be an undergraduate student in a sandwich year course returning to study in Autumn 2021
• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
• Studying for a degree that is relevant to the role applied for
Requirements
• Strong MS Office skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
