About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our marketing projects. You will work closely with our clients, managing full song roll-out campaigns that incorporate social strategy, influencer marketing, and paid ads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from conception to completion.
- Working closely with clients, executives, our team, and external contractors.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing project budgets and resources.
- Providing regular project communication and reports to stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, customer relations, and client management.
- Familiarity with the music industry and current music trends.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-demand clients and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide in-depth reports.
While formal education and specific project management software experience are not required, hands-on experience in the music industry is key. A willingness to occasionally travel to Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville is a must.
