About the Role
We are currently seeking an innovative and passionate Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be key in the development and execution of our song roll-out campaigns, focusing primarily on influencer marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies for our song roll-out campaigns.
- Collaborating with the project manager and other team members on campaign strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Managing campaign budgets and resources.
About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the music industry.
- Strong knowledge of the music industry and current music trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-demand work environment.
- Proficient problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville.
While a formal education is not required, hands-on experience in the music industry is crucial.
