We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to join our team at our headquarters in beautiful Los Angeles! We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who's an all-in-one talent and networking guru, culture evangelist, and thought leader, and who has an appetite to roll their sleeves up to design and deploy recruitment programs that will continue to drive our talent efforts. Responsibilities:
- Strategically maintain our full-cycle recruitment process which consists primarily of creative talent such as previs and postvis artists.
- Source, recruit and evaluate qualified talent utilizing social networking, job boards, referrals, and TTF's internal network to find the best talent in the industry.
- Identify and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Handle multiple searches in a timely manner with professionalism and proactive communication.
- Conduct pre-screen phone calls, interviews, rate negotiations, and reference checks.
- Coordinate and conduct new-hire orientation and assist new employees with new-hire paperwork.
- Review resumes and reels with Supervisors for assessment of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Plan and attend industry recruiting, networking, as well as industry and college campus events.
- Perform general administrative functions including employee file maintenance.
- Adapt quickly to constant change in hiring priorities (our company moves quickly!).
- Lead and mentor other recruitment team members.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience recruiting for an entertainment company and recruiting for artistic talent is a must!
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, university relations, and employment branding
- Prior experience mentoring and leading other recruiting employees
- Prior experience with researching and executing recruitment systems and processes to improve efficiencies and the candidate experience
- Proficient in JobVite, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
