This is a Full Time Job
Boutique celebrity and lifestyle PR firm seeks eager, responsible assistant with a positive attitude. Duties include drafting itineraries, clipping press, compiling press kits, pitching clients, extensive research, administrative support, and assisting with daily social media efforts. There will be opportunities to attend photo shoots and work the red carpet press line. Candidate must be resourceful, a self-starter, creative thinker, and have meticulous attention to detail. Must be willing to work nights and weekends if necessary. April 1st start date.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills within a business environment.
A self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot.
A positive, problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage different personalities.
Ability to adapt to changing situations.
BA degree required. A degree in Communications, Media or other related field a plus.
Proven work experience in an assistant role, preferably at a PR firm.
