ROLE OVERVIEW:
As SH Marketing Manager, you are a dynamic thinker and proactive executor, driving every day towards large ambitions of establishing the new SpringHill brand. You execute the mission of empowerment by having your finger on the pulse of culture and constantly mining for insights and tactics that lead to breakthroughs, 360° marketing solutions for our IPs, experiences, and products. You are a doer, analyst, crafter, maker, and dreamer who thrives in developing dope 'never been done before' ideas and managing execution from inception. The ideal candidate is passionate about SpringHill's four focus pillars – art, entertainment, fashion, and music – and aspires to make SpringHill synonymous with purposeful and innovative community building in those arenas.
REPORTS TO: Director, SpringHill
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and sustain SpringHill's marketing strategy through an innate understanding of the brand, target audience(s) and cultural landscape:
• Lead annual marketing strategy development to formulate campaign messaging and positioning, ensuring comms is cohesive throughout the funnel and hit KPIs across content, experiences, and products
• Integrate all owned content, product, and experiential priorities into an overarching approach, inclusive of specific content and experiential marketing strategies that strategically marry IP with synergistic storytelling opportunities in the marketplace
• Serve as an expert resource throughout the Brand Partnerships (BP) process to inform prospective partner identification and all new business acquisition
• Partner with SH brand and BP teams to develop bespoke marketing strategies for opportunistic, built-if-sold content and experiences
• Help identify key markets where the brand should show up and highlight local partners to help SpringHill reach new audiences on the ground
• Keep a constant pulse on our target audience(s) to understand evolving trends, needs, and insights
• Establish the audience and community-based growth drivers by constantly consuming and unpacking SpringHill digital content and providing frequent notes on an editorial from a marketing point of view
• Define roadmaps for marketing growth across priority content series, events, and product launches
• Work hand-in-hand with the Social team to ensure consistent messaging and tone, and that outputs are synergistically maximized
• Drive IP integration across content, products, and experiences, ensuring priority titles and products are featured at owned and cultural moments:
• Lead ideation on direct ways to connect with consumers
• Develop marketing strategies by working in partnership with BP, creative and talent producers on their respective content strategies
• Create and maximize all marketing toolkits and promotional assets based on real-time opportunities with SH IP and products
• Marry IP with relevant cultural moments to amplify storytelling and give SpringHill a unique POV in the marketplace
• Provide proactive strategic marketing guidance across key business priorities:
• Create individual GTM/amplification proposals for priority content properties
• Brainstorm and successfully implement compelling creative tactics to break through the clutter in the competitive streaming landscape
• Monitor campaign performance from launch through completion, working
• directly with internal teams on in-flight optimizations to maximize media efficiency, and analyze post-flight insights to inform future initiatives
• Translate successful tactics from one campaign to the next, strategically applying learnings to foster brand growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 7 years of experience in entertainment, digital media, media content marketing,
• marketing, creative role (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Solution-oriented self-starter who is dynamic, motivated, proactive, dependable,
• adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Exercises a high level of discretion and confidentiality in working with celebrities and
• professional athletes
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, people-oriented, strong collaborator, and team player
• Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments at once
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Keynote, G Suite)
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
